End user license agreement

This agreement is between Gold Standard Web LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company, of 7530 39th Ave, Kenosha, WI 53142 ("we") and the organization that installs Sprint Truth for Jira ("you"). By installing or using the app, you agree to it. The Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use also apply between you and Atlassian.

1. License

We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app on the Jira Cloud sites you license it for, during the paid or free term, for your internal business.

2. What you may not do

You may not:

• copy, resell, sublicense or rent the app;
• reverse engineer it, except where the law allows;
• use it to break the law or Atlassian's terms;
• try to get around its licensing or security.

3. Fees

Fees are set and collected through the Atlassian Marketplace. The app is free for sites with up to 10 users. Refunds follow Atlassian's Marketplace policies.

4. Your data

Your Jira data stays yours. The app uses it only to provide its features, as described in our privacy policy. We don't sell it or use it for anything else.

5. Support and changes

We provide support as described on the support page. We may update the app, and we may change or remove features. If we stop offering the app, we'll give at least 90 days' notice where we can.

6. Warranty disclaimer

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the app will be error-free or that its numbers will always match Jira's.

7. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for all claims is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending this agreement

You can end it at any time by uninstalling the app. We can end it if you materially break it and don't fix the breach within 30 days of notice. Sections 6 to 11 survive.

9. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Kenosha County, Wisconsin, and both parties agree to their jurisdiction.

10. General

This is the whole agreement about the app. If a part can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right isn't a waiver of it. We may update these terms; the new version applies from the next renewal or 30 days after we post it, whichever comes first.

11. Not an Atlassian product

Sprint Truth for Jira is made by Gold Standard Web LLC. It is not made, endorsed or supported by Atlassian. Jira is a trademark of Atlassian, used here only to say which product the app works with. Atlassian is not a party to these terms and owes you nothing under them. Support for the app comes from us, at the address below.
