What to include
- Your Jira site address (for example
yourcompany.atlassian.net). - The board and sprint name, and a work item key if it's about one item.
- What you expected, and what you saw. A screenshot helps.
- What the admin page's Status tab says.
Please don't send passwords or API tokens. We never need them.
Check these first
- Fields are empty: is the history rebuild still running? Is the board chosen on the Boards tab? For team-managed projects, have the fields been added to the project? (Getting started)
- A difference from Jira: read the plain-words reason on the review page or the Self-check tab. (The check against Jira)
- Nothing updates: check the Status tab for a license message.
