The Sprint review page
Open a project, then Sprint Truth in the project sidebar. The first tab is Sprint review. Pick a sprint.
Examples on this site use made-up data: the Payments team, its PAY board, and Sprint 42.
The header
The sprint name, its dates, and the check against Jira: ✓ Matches Jira's sprint records, or the number of differences. How the check works
Five tiles
| Tile | Work items | Points |
|---|---|---|
| Committed | 31 | 68 |
| Added after start | 9 | 17 |
| Removed | 4 | 8 |
| Re-estimated | 5 | +5 |
| Delivered | 30 | 64 |
The numbers add up: 31 + 9 − 4 = 36 work items, which is 30 delivered and 6 rolled over. In points: 68 + 17 − 8 + 5 = 82, which is 64 delivered and 18 rolled over. Every tile has an Open in search link. Added after start and Removed use Sprint Truth's search functions; Committed, Re-estimated and Delivered open a search for exactly those work items (a tile with more than 100 work items shows its number without a link).
The lists
- What came in after the start: each work item, who added it, when (for example "Day 4 · Oct 9"), and its points. Example: PAY-212, 3 points.
- What went out: each work item, who removed it, and when.
- Re-estimated during the sprint: points from → to, who changed them, and when.
- Rolled over: each work item that was unfinished at the close and moved into a later sprint, and how many times it has been carried over in total. Three or more times is marked "keeps rolling".
- Unfinished, not carried over: each work item that was unfinished at the close and not moved into a later sprint.
- Each list shows up to 50 work items and says so when there are more; the tile's search has them all.
Work item summaries and people's names are read live with your own permissions. If you can't see a work item, you see only its key. Sprint Truth never stores summaries or names.
A sprint that's still running
The page shows "Live: this sprint is still running." The numbers update within a few minutes of each change. The check against Jira runs when the sprint closes.
Removed and added back
If a committed work item is pulled out and put back, it isn't shown as removed. A note names it, for example: "PAY-12 was removed and added back during the sprint, so it still counts as committed."
PMO view
The second tab compares up to 25 boards over the last 3 to 12 sprints:
- say/do (delivered ÷ committed points);
- share of work added after the start;
- rollover rate;
- how many differences the checks found.
It shows only boards you can see.
