Jira sprint review: what changed after we committed?
Examples use made-up data: the Payments team, Sprint 42, PAY-212.
At a review or retro, someone always asks what came in after we started, and why we didn't finish.
One page per sprint
Open the project's Sprint Truth page and pick the sprint. For the Payments team's Sprint 42 it shows:
- Committed: 31 work items, 68 points.
- Added after start: 9 (17 points), each with who added it and on which day.
- Removed: 4 (8 points), with who and when.
- Re-estimated: 5 work items, +5 points.
- Delivered: 30 (64 points). Rolled over: 6, with how many times each.
- ✓ Matches Jira's sprint records.
